For those customers on Broadband internet services there have been no changes to the way you access your service.

For Broadband Customers that logon using

Please Note: It is not permitted to operate independent email or other messaging servers on Broadband which does not have a static IP address. Nor do non static IP address services support reverse DNS or SPF Filtering. Additionally, it is not permitted to use any system or service DNS servers for the purposes of customer servers without prior written approval. These are part of the new operational protocols which have become standard across Australia.
